“Hi, I’m Francesca.
I have been teaching Italian to international students for over 14 years and I am DITALS certified by the University for Foreigners of Siena.I created Parole & Profumi di Toscana because I wanted to offer something different from a traditional language school: professional teaching in a warm, personal setting, where every student has the time and confidence to speak.
With a maximum of four students per group, I can adapt each course to your level, your goals and the way you learn best.”
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our lessons take place in the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by nature and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Language is a fragrance. It spreads slowly, lingers in memory, and becomes part of you. At Parole & Profumi di Toscana, Italian is not confined to the classroom. It lives in conversations, around the lunch table, in the garden and in the small moments we share. Here, learning becomes part of experiencing Tuscany — naturally, personally and without pressure.
COURSES
Courses for all levels, from beginner to advanced (A1–C2), following the CEFR framework and adapted to each student’s goals.
All included (prices are per person, per week).
- Morning lessons (Monday to Friday)
- Groups of maximum 4 students
- Mid-morning coffee break with light snacks and friendly chat
- Daily shared Tuscan lunch
- Conversation during lunch with the teacher
You can also request private lessons or themed weeks
- Every course is designed around you — your pace, your passions, your level of Italian.
- We can plan together a morning trip with teacher: visit a city, live en experience (visit a market etc…)
